Watches are highly complex, precision mechanical or electronic instruments.
  • Operational Limits: It is the customer's sole responsibility to understand and adhere to the specific water resistance depth ratings and operational instructions provided with their timepiece.
  • Exclusion of Damage: HAAKON is not liable for internal movement damage or physical destruction resulting from improper use, such as pulling out the adjustment crown while submerged, exceeding depth thresholds, or exposing leather straps to heavy water or chemical corrosive elements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HAAKON and its directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, use, or mechanical failure of our products.
  • Financial Cap: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or claims exceed the exact purchase price paid by you for the specific product that triggered the liability. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of missed appointments, scheduling errors, or business disruptions resulting from an inaccurate or stopped timepiece.
